However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, don’t worry — our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
At Newfashionmart, customer happiness is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected — maybe a size doesn’t fit, a color isn’t quite right, or the product arrived damaged. Whatever the reason, we’re here to make it right.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact when you return the product.
You must provide a valid receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice to process the return.
All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns may not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective under warranty.
We’ve made our return process quick and easy.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), shipping charges will be covered by us. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking). If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details to process a bank transfer.
If you prefer to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, we’re happy to accommodate that — as long as the product is in stock and meets our return conditions.
To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as a return. Simply specify that you’d like a replacement or different size/color in the return form.
Received a damaged or defective product? Don’t worry. Contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll verify the claim and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can still request a return after delivery.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
If a return is initiated due to a fault on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), shipping costs are fully covered by Newfashionmart. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
