Welcome to Newfashionmart! We’re thrilled you chose us for your fashion needs. This Shipping Policy explains how we get your favourite clothes from our shelves to your doorstep — clearly, quickly, and carefully. Read on to know where we ship, how long it takes, shipping costs, tracking, what to do if something goes wrong, and more.

Introduction & Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on newfashionmart.store. Newfashionmart is owned and operated by Pradeep Kumar Yadav, and our operations are focused on serving customers across India. This document explains the terms and processes related to shipping, delivery, tracking, and related customer service for orders placed on our website.

Where We Ship
Domestic Shipping (India Only)

We currently ship only within India. From major metros to smaller towns, we’ll get your order to you. Our logistics network is designed to cover all states and most pin codes in India.

No International Shipping

At this time, Newfashionmart does not offer international shipping. We’re focused on providing the best experience within India — localized delivery options, faster support, and shipping policies that match Indian logistics realities.

Order Processing Time
Order Confirmation

As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation on the email and phone number provided. This confirms that we received your order and will start processing it.

Handling & Dispatch Window

We process and dispatch orders in our warehouse during business hours. Typical timelines:

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days processing time before dispatch.

  • Custom or made-to-order items (if any): may take longer; the estimated processing time will be shown on the product page.

Peak Season Variations

During festivals, sales, or peak seasons (Diwali, wedding season, end-of-season sales), processing and dispatch can take a bit longer — sometimes up to 5–7 business days. We’ll always try to keep you informed and transparent about any delays.

Shipping Methods & Partners
Standard Shipping

Most orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners. Standard shipping is reliable and cost-effective, ideal for everyday deliveries.

Express / Expedited Shipping

If you need your order faster, we may offer express or expedited shipping at checkout (subject to availability and additional charges). Express orders are prioritized and usually delivered within 1–3 business days for metros.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes within India. Please note:

  • COD orders may have a nominal COD charge.

  • COD orders require a valid phone number and full shipping address.

  • Some high-value orders or certain products may not be eligible for COD.

Metro vs Non-Metro Timelines
  • Metro cities: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Remote Area Exceptions

Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer — up to 10–12 business days. We’ll notify you if your pin code falls into this category during checkout.

Order Tracking
How to Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • An email and SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details.

  • A tracking link to follow the parcel’s journey in real time.

  • You can also visit Your Orders on newfashionmart.store to view the latest status.

What If Tracking Shows Delivered?

If tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours.

  2. Verify the delivery address and any safe location notes.

  3. If still missing, contact our support team immediately — we’ll initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

Delivery Failures & Re-Delivery
Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing an order. If you provide the wrong address or incorrect contact details:

  • We cannot be responsible for non-delivery.

  • If the courier returns the item to us, re-shipment charges will apply.

  • If the order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery 2–3 times depending on their policy. If delivery fails and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we’ll notify you. Re-delivery or reshipment will be possible once you confirm and may require payment of additional shipping charges.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments
Reporting Damages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Email those photos and your order details to support@newfashionmart.store within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll quickly assess the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Investigation & Resolution

For lost or missing orders, we’ll:

  • Open a formal investigation with the courier partner.

  • Keep you updated on progress.

  • If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement per your preference (subject to investigation timeframes).

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
Return Pickup & Shipping Costs

If you’re returning an item under our 7 Days Return Policy:

  • Returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective) — we cover the return shipping.

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse (change of mind, incorrect size ordered by buyer) — return shipping is paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

We’ll provide clear return pickup or drop-off instructions once your return is approved.

Exchanges and Reverse Logistics

Want an exchange instead of a refund? Great — once your return is received and inspected, we’ll dispatch the replacement item (subject to stock). Exchange shipping costs follow the same rules as returns: we cover it for our mistake; you cover it for preference-based exchanges unless we state otherwise.

Cancellations & Pre-shipment Changes

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it provided it hasn’t been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible; you can return the item under our returns process after delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch, contact support immediately — we’ll do our best to help.

Packaging & Sustainability

We pack your clothes to protect them in transit — neat, secure, and respectful of fold lines and fabric. We’re mindful of the environment:

  • We use recyclable packaging where possible.

  • We’re working to reduce excess plastic and move towards more sustainable materials.

If you’d like minimal packaging or have special delivery instructions, tell us at checkout or contact support.

Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items

Certain products (like some accessories or promotional items) may have shipping restrictions for hygiene or legal reasons. Also, we cannot ship to certain government-restricted or extremely remote localities. If your pin code is unsupported, you’ll be notified at checkout.
